These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by SCOPE (a trading name of Hawk Ridge Ltd).

1. Scope of Services
SCOPE provides independent storage infrastructure compliance audits and advisory services.
All services are based on visual inspections and information available at the time of assessment. Findings and recommendations are provided to assist the client in improving safety, compliance and operational performance.

2. Confidentiality
SCOPE treats all client information as confidential.
All information obtained during the course of an audit, including site layouts, operational details and findings, will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, unless required by law.
SCOPE operates as an independent consultancy and does not share client information with equipment suppliers or third parties.

3. Intellectual Property
All reports, documents and materials prepared by SCOPE remain the intellectual property of SCOPE unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for internal business purposes only.
Reports or documents must not be reproduced, distributed or used for external purposes without prior written consent from SCOPE.

4. Booking & Engagement
A booking is confirmed once agreed between SCOPE and the client via written communication (email or formal acceptance of a proposal).
The client is responsible for:

• Providing safe access to the site
• Ensuring relevant areas are accessible at the time of inspection
• Providing accurate information where required

SCOPE reserves the right to reschedule services where site conditions are unsafe or access is not available.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice.
SCOPE reserves the right to charge for late cancellations or site attendance where access is not provided.

6. Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

SCOPE maintains appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance relevant to the services provided.
Evidence of insurance can be provided upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

SCOPE provides assessments based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection.
SCOPE shall not be liable for:

• Hidden or concealed defects
• Changes to site conditions after the inspection
• Misuse or misinterpretation of reports

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCOPE’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

8. Use of Reports

Reports are prepared for the named client and relate only to the site conditions at the time of inspection.
They should not be relied upon for purposes outside their intended use without consultation with SCOPE.

9. Compliance & Responsibility

SCOPE provides recommendations to assist with compliance; however, responsibility for implementation and ongoing compliance remains with the client.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
